Shan is the President and Founder of Club One Concierge, a full-service estate management company that serves as one trusted resource for a wide range of projects. As the undisputed “chief of everything,” she brings new meaning to the role of House Manager and has carved out a niche with high-interest clientele who depend on her team for nearly everything including: relocation, renovating homes and recruiting household staff. After 20 years serving in marketing leadership positions with professional services companies, Shan founded Club One Concierge in 2010.
Shan has an innate talent for understanding client’s needs, lifestyle and household functionality. These qualities have enabled her to create refined, highly efficient environments for discerning clientele.
She earned her BA in global public relations from Southern Methodist University and has lived and worked in Asia, Australia, England, Washington DC and Spain. She enjoys live music, kickboxing, sampling Austin’s food scene and spending time with her family.

Wendy is a manager and client advocate by nature and experience. Prior to joining Club One, she practiced residential real estate in Austin for over 16 years where she prioritized client needs with market knowledge, integrity, diplomacy and fierce loyalty. Previously, she was a project manager for an international design firm, coordinating with clients and managing team efforts across multiple disciplines, which further fuels her success as a stellar house manager. Wendy has an Industrial Design degree from Arizona State University and a Marketing degree from the University of Iowa.
Wendy has lived in Austin for more than 22 years, which practically makes her a native! Away from work, you can often find her outdoors – rowing on Lady Bird Lake, puttering in her garden or getting together with friends at one of Austin’s many restaurant patios.

Dorothy was born and raised in Houston, Texas, but now calls Austin her home. She enjoys working with her hands to assemble almost anything, solve problems, and beautify any environment. You will find her traveling between client residences to keep vendors on task and ensure maintenance is performed according to the Club One standard.
Coupled with her attention to detail and compassion for helping others, her calming demeanor and positive attitude to take on any project large or small, garners the respect of all clients.
Dorothy loves to travel, go camping, and hang out with her dogs. She thrives at helping others achieve their personal best through coaching, support and motivation.

Whitney is a born and raised Texas girl who lives by the moto “A place for everything and everything in its place.”
She has been a professional organizer for more than 15 years and loves creating beautiful, orderly spaces. With an eye for perfection and a creative edge, Whitney transforms disheveled spaces into highly organized, serene environments for Club One clientele.
After graduating from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Retailing and a minor in Marketing, she moved to Chicago, where she resided for seven years. She eventually made her way to Austin where she now lives with her husband and two boys.
When she isn’t working or watching her boys play sports, she enjoys cooking, reading and dinner with friends.

Rebecca is a seventh generation Texan and is proud of her history, connections, and knowledge of her home state. As an experienced house manager, Rebecca’s best assets are swiftly responding to clients’ needs, tackling every challenge with a smile, and curating a stress-free household.
Her management portfolio includes:
- Large-scale residences up to 20,000sf
- Texas ranches without cattle
- Waterfront estates with multiple guest houses
- Remote management of out-of-state properties
Rebecca attended Concordia University in Austin, majoring in English. After college, she began a diverse career journey in marketing and administration. She now uses her friendly personality, “can do” attitude, and attention to detail to assist clients in all aspects of their lives.
On her time off, Rebecca enjoys a healthy lifestyle and firmly believes nutrition and exercise nurture a happy life! Any free time is spent with friends and family, being active or somewhere on the water. However, watching her son play baseball is her biggest joy.

Claudia has lived in Austin for more than 20 years. She has diverse experience managing operations of large-scale properties and has overseen projects and contract negotiations with many service providers.
As a house manager, she provides hands-on support for events, contractor punch lists, design and so much more. In this pivotal role, Claudia is depended upon by our team across all properties and is an integral part of the organization.
Claudia attended Appalachian State University and received a BS in Communications. After college, she spent several years working in Technology and Client Services. For the past 15 years, she has served in many leadership roles for multiple philanthropies across central Texas.
In her free time, Claudia is learning to enjoy being an “empty nester,” as she currently has a son and a daughter in college. She loves traveling, exercising, and enjoying all the great food and culture that Austin has to offer. Born and raised in North Carolina, Claudia brings a sense of southern hospitality to the Club One team.

Originally from the Midwest, Melissa graduated as an English major from Butler University in Indianapolis. Upon graduation, she spent the next several years in corporate America gaining experience in technical writing, web design, marketing, and project management.
Melissa is natural leader who thrives in ever-changing environments that allow her to solve problems quickly and calmly. Her experience includes: residential construction management, event planning & management, contract negotiation and vendor relations.
Prior to Club One Concierge, Melissa was the owner of a small business for 10 years. As an entrepreneur, she gained expertise in the retail services industry by developing efficiencies, building relationships and providing excellence in customer service for affluent clientele.
Through her daughters’ schools and philanthropic organizations, Melissa has also utilized her strengths and skills in organizing, leading, and managing tasks and directives within various committees.
Melissa loves hiking the various trails around Austin, attending her daughters’ theatre performances and soccer games along with traveling and making as many various trips to Disneyland and New York City as she can with her family.

Angela was born and raised in Dripping Springs, Texas. She is a compassionate individual dedicated to helping others achieve their goals through servant leadership. As a Field Operations Coordinator, she assists House Managers with tasks across all properties.
Prior to Club One Concierge, Angela embraced her nurturing side by working as a nanny for a private family, while also pursuing her real estate license. Angela is known for her strong work ethic and caring nature, and she takes pride in delivering exceptional service in everything she does.
Outside of her professional life, Angela loves to travel and cherishes time spent with her friends and family, especially her beloved niece and nephews, as well as her cherished cat, Applesauce. Her commitment to making a positive impact on the lives of those around her shines through in all her endeavors.
