Shan is the President and Founder of Club One Concierge, a full-service estate management company that serves as one trusted resource for a wide range of projects. As the undisputed “chief of everything,” she brings new meaning to the role of House Manager and has carved out a niche with high-interest clientele who depend on her team for nearly everything including: relocation, renovating homes and recruiting household staff. After 20 years serving in marketing leadership positions with professional services companies, Shan founded Club One Concierge in 2010.
Shan has an innate talent for understanding client’s needs, lifestyle and household functionality. These qualities have enabled her to create refined, highly efficient environments for discerning clientele.
She earned her BA in global public relations from Southern Methodist University and has lived and worked in Asia, Australia, England, Washington DC and Spain. She enjoys live music, kickboxing, sampling Austin’s food scene and spending time with her family.

Whitney is a born and raised Texas girl who lives by the moto “A place for everything and everything in its place.”
She has been a professional organizer for more than 15 years and loves creating beautiful, orderly spaces. With an eye for perfection and a creative edge, Whitney transforms disheveled spaces into highly organized, serene environments for Club One clientele.
After graduating from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Retailing and a minor in Marketing, she moved to Chicago, where she resided for seven years. She eventually made her way to Austin where she now lives with her husband and two boys.
When she isn’t working or watching her boys play sports, she enjoys cooking, reading and dinner with friends.

Rebecca is a seventh generation Texan and is proud of her history, connections, and knowledge of her home state. As an experienced house manager, Rebecca’s best assets are swiftly responding to clients’ needs, tackling every challenge with a smile, and curating a stress-free household.
Her management portfolio includes:
- Large-scale residences up to 20,000sf
- Texas ranches without cattle
- Waterfront estates with multiple guest houses
- Remote management of out-of-state properties
Rebecca attended Concordia University in Austin, majoring in English. After college, she began a diverse career journey in marketing and administration. She now uses her friendly personality, “can do” attitude, and attention to detail to assist clients in all aspects of their lives.
On her time off, Rebecca enjoys a healthy lifestyle and firmly believes nutrition and exercise nurture a happy life! Any free time is spent with friends and family, being active or somewhere on the water. However, watching her son play baseball is her biggest joy.

Claudia has called Austin home for over 25 years and has diverse experience in managing large-scale property operations. She has successfully overseen numerous projects and led contract negotiations with a wide range of service providers. In her pivotal role as Operations Manager and Happiness Committee Chairwoman, Claudia provides backup support to house managers and leads our team’s educational and well-being efforts.
Claudia earned her Bachelor of Science in Communications from Appalachian State University. She began her career in technology and client services before transitioning into leadership roles within philanthropic organizations. Over the past two decades, she has contributed her time to multiple nonprofits across Central Texas.
Outside of work, Claudia enjoys staying active and taking full advantage of Austin’s vibrant food and cultural scene. Originally from North Carolina, she brings a warm sense of Southern hospitality to the Club One team.

Originally from the Midwest, Melissa graduated as an English major from Butler University in Indianapolis. Upon graduation, she spent the next several years in corporate America gaining experience in technical writing, web design, marketing, and project management.
Melissa is natural leader who thrives in ever-changing environments that allow her to solve problems quickly and calmly. Her experience includes: residential construction management, event planning & management, contract negotiation and vendor relations.
Prior to Club One Concierge, Melissa was the owner of a small business for 10 years. As an entrepreneur, she gained expertise in the retail services industry by developing efficiencies, building relationships and providing excellence in customer service for affluent clientele.
Through her daughters’ schools and philanthropic organizations, Melissa has also utilized her strengths and skills in organizing, leading, and managing tasks and directives within various committees.
Melissa loves hiking the various trails around Austin, attending her daughters’ theatre performances and soccer games along with traveling and making as many various trips to Disneyland and New York City as she can with her family.

Angela was born and raised in Dripping Springs, Texas. She is a compassionate individual dedicated to helping others achieve their goals through servant leadership.
Prior to Club One Concierge, Angela embraced her nurturing side by working as a nanny for a private family, while also pursuing her real estate license. Angela is known for her strong work ethic and caring nature, and she takes pride in delivering exceptional service in everything she does.
Outside of her professional life, Angela loves to travel and cherishes time spent with her friends and family, especially her beloved niece and nephews, as well as her cherished cat, Applesauce. Her commitment to making a positive impact on the lives of those around her shines through in all her endeavors.

Originally from Houston, Elizabeth has lived in Austin for over a decade, with stops in Tennessee, Washington, DC, and New York, NY in between. She joined Club One after a long career in the world of advertising technology, having worked for massive media conglomerate, NBCUniversal, focusing on Product Development.
After several house renovation projects of her own, she discovered a knack for managing the nuances of a home, working with vendors, clients, and logistics, which led her to house management. Diligently managing all aspects of home operations while balancing the needs of discerning clients, she is a natural fit for the industry. She enjoys taking charge of a project and preparing for issues before they arise. Elizabeth enjoys spending time with her husband, Chris, and their rescue Great Danes, Layla and Norman. She also loves running, cooking, and interior design.

Having called Texas home for over 25 years, Amy brings a strong sense of hospitality and is thoughtful in how she cares for each home and the clients who reside in it. With a heart for helping people, she creates spaces that feel organized, welcoming, and thoughtfully maintained.
Outside of work, Amy enjoys tennis, the outdoors, and staying active in health and wellness. She especially loves following her children’s collegiate sports, spending time with family and traveling.

Shaira brings more than 20 years of experience managing complex operations, overseeing budgets, and coordinating across stakeholders with precision and discretion. Most recently as a Director at WebMD, she led her team by setting priorities, distributing workloads and creating efficient systems that supported accuracy and accountability.
Grounded by an early career in hospitality with Marriott and Wyndham Hotels, Shaira understands the importance of white-glove service, calm problem-solving, and anticipating needs before they arise. Her background includes managing high-pressure deadlines with professionalism, confidentiality and attention to detail.
Shaira is highly organized, proactive and calm under pressure, with a natural ability to bring structure to busy households. She takes pride in creating smooth, efficient experiences for clients while maintaining the warmth and personal care that define the Club One standard.
Outside of work, Shaira enjoys spending time with her family, discovering great food, traveling, dancing, and living an active, health-conscious lifestyle
