As a hybrid property manager and deep-touch personal assistant, our house managers act as your one trusted resource to keep your home and life in order. We get to know you, what you like and expect, and become an integral part of your household. We form close relationships with our clients and they rely on us for nearly everything. Our value is knowing what our clients need before they need it.

House Manager duties range from high-level strategic planning to tactical everyday tasks, which include:

  • Daily home operations management of multiple residences
  • Selecting and managing all service providers
  • Recommending various personal care providers (medical, legal, chef services etc.)
  • Using our CRM to create on-going management of house manuals, maintenance logs and vendor lists
  • Traveling to clients’ out-of-state or country residences to accomplish projects
  • Ensuring home is ready for guests at all times
  • Car and watercraft maintenance and management

Our house managers serve as a blend of Chief of Staff, Confidante, Property Manager and Personal Assistant to clients who expect confidentiality and high levels of trust.

Monthly service options start at 10 hours per week, and scale up to full-time if needed.
